Good evening-

The window for iParent course recommendation approval will close tonight. Please go in tonight to approve your student's courses if you have not done so already. 


March 18- Parent/teacher conferences
Spring Parent/Teacher Conference Night is Wednesday, March 18. This is an opportunity for teachers to discuss curriculum needs for students as they plan for next year. 
Teachers will be available from 5-7pm and are scheduling 10 minute appointments. If you would like to schedule a meeting on that evening call or email to schedule an appointment. You can call the front office. 
Please remember that parents can schedule a time to meet with a teacher at any time during the school year if this evening does not work for you.

Information for parents of the Class of 2022:
Starting on Monday, March 16 the Signs of Suicide program will be administered in all Wellness II (sophomore) classes throughout the course of the week.  A separate email will go out to all families of student in the Class of 2022. Students will see a short video on recognizing the signs of depression then complete a short screening tool.  This is the 4th year Ashland High School will use this evidence-based program when teaching this unit.

Blood drive- Donors still needed!
Ashland High School will once again host a Red Cross blood drive on Monday, March 9 from 12:00-5:00pm. The early spots are designated for students but we encourage the community to sign up from 2:45-5:00pm. Go to the website linked here and search for AHS or March 9.


Free Heart Screenings:
Dear Parents and Students,
Ashland High School is pleased to announce a heart screening program being offered during the school day on Wednesday, March 11th. The program will be provided by Mass Heartbeat, a local organization that specializes in ECG heart screening. Mass Heartbeat brings their state-of-the-art ECG technology directly to the school to provide an optional, non-invasive, and COST-FREE screening that can help detect underlying issues in the heart. The ECG tracings are interpreted by an experienced cardiologist and the results will be returned within 5 business days.
